JOB CONTENT

MTM Business epitomizes the core DNA of the Ermenegildo Brand. To be able to provide an exclusive MTM service experience to the customer through identifying customer needs, offering high quality advice and proposing suitable products, building relationships with key and new MTM customers thereby cultivating customer loyalty.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be the point of reference / leader for all MTM related services: sharing MTM information within the stores and training Style Advisors on MTM opportunities and advantages to identify possible MTM Customers.
  • To act as the liaison between the Personalization and VIC Business Development Manager and the stores to facilitate smooth functioning of MTM services.
  • To follow up on all MTM orders and oversee all relevant logistic processes.
  • To be responsible for all MTM tools and material within the stores.
  • To network effectively and consistently to get new MTM customers and expand the database.
  • To analyze the monthly MTM business and report the same to the Head of Retail and Personalization and VIC Business Development Manager with suggestions and ideas for enhancement of the business.
  • To coordinate all team activities focused to contact and invite customers for MTM service in the stores.
  • To demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset in developing the MTM business.
  • To consolidate Zegna’s loyal MTM customers and try to recover / activate dormant customers.
  • To ensure the accuracy and correctness of the CRM data.
  • To oversee MTM training and subsequent monitoring and reporting of results.
  • To be always up to date with Competitor knowledge – what they are offering and their USP.
  • To select / identify appropriate Store Customer Advisors who would be developed into MTM specialists and to also identify and mentor one of them to eventually grow into his role.

Education/ Qualification:

  • Level (5)
  • Certified by the MTM Global Academy

Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as Store Customer Advisor within a high-end fashion industry with at least another 3 to 4 years specialized in MTM Services.

Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to build and establish relationships with VIP customers.
  • Have a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Ability to work as part of a sales team.
