Director of Talent & Culture

We are looking for a dynamic leader who is truly passionate about all aspects of talent & culture operations and who has a strategic vision and an exceptional ability to drive results for both heartists and the brand to communicate effectively and to inspire others.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department and collaborate with senior leadership on the implementation of the human resources strategy.
• Promote positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
• Play an integral role in the Executive Committee with a particular emphasis on coaching, support, employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting.
• Oversee the administration of talent & culture programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity recognition and morale; and training and development.
• Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Challenge the status quo on how we can improve the way we do things to create an even better guest and employee experience with a strong focus on engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as Director of HR preferably for a reputed Resort in UAE.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Should be a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate HR personality with a strong focus on employee engagement.
