What you will be doing:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department and collaborate with senior leadership on the implementation of the human resources strategy.
Promote positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
Play an integral role in the Executive Committee with a particular emphasis on coaching, support, employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting.
Oversee the administration of talent & culture programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity recognition and morale; and training and development.
Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Challenge the status quo on how we can improve the way we do things to create an even better guest and employee experience with a strong focus on engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as Director of HR preferably for a reputed Resort in UAE.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Should be a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate HR personality with a strong focus on employee engagement.
