Job description
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and exercises
- Supervising children's activities at all times, including meal times and playtime
- Assisting with homework, school projects and other educational activities
- Keeping the children’s play areas and bedrooms clean and tidy
- Providing transportation to and from school, appointments or extracurricular activities
- Communicating with parents about their child's daily activities, progress and any concerns
- Maintaining open and respectful communication with children, parents and other team members
- Following the company's guidelines and policies for safety and child care.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or similar setting
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities at once
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Able to work flexible hours according to the family's schedule.
