Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to drive performance.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Monitor and manage store inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and timely replenishments.
- Ensure the store's visual appeal and organization are consistently maintained.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development of store policies and procedures, promoting compliance among staff members.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and driving sales.
- Facilitate regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
