HRBP-HR Business Affairs

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a key role in driving our people strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and expertise on HR matters.
2. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
3. Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment and selection, by partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
4. Develop and execute employee engagement programs, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction.
5. Proactively address employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
6. Participate in performance management activities, providing guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and career development.
7. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize HR processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification preferred.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar role.
3. Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
4. Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think strategically.
7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
