Job description

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UAE insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage environment.
Strong understanding of various lines of insurance, including property, casualty, liability, engineering and other commercial lines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems.
