Job Title: IT Admin Cum BASIC Accountant / Social Media handling

Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accountant to handle both administrative and accounting functions within the company. This role will involve managing day-to-day office operations while maintaining accurate financial records to support the overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
    Oversee day-to-day office operations, including organizing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and managing office equipment.
    Handle phone calls, emails, and respond to general inquiries.
    Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
    Maintain and update office records, employee files, and databases.
    Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Accounting & Financial Management:
    Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time.
    Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and track payments.
    Maintain financial records, update ledgers, and assist with month-end closing.
    Reconcile bank accounts and prepare financial reports (Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
    Manage petty cash and assist with financial reporting as required.
    Support the payroll function and ensure timely processing.
  • Other Duties:
    Assist with preparing tax-related documents and liaise with auditors if necessary.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
    Provide general support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative and accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, office management practices, and financial documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with financial and confidential information.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Saturday)
  • Office-based in Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
