You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting operationally and administratively in the achievement of the department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets.
Ideally, you should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
