Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  2. Conduct interviews, select candidates, and coordinate the onboarding process.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  4. Implement creative and effective methods to attract and retain talent, including the use of social media and other innovative channels.
  5. Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  7. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies.
  8. Update and communicate HR policies as needed.
  9. Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees.
  10. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
  11. Address benefit-related queries and concerns.
  12. Collaborate on the development and implementation of employee wellness initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in human resources management within the hospitality industry.
  3. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
