Key Responsibilities:

• Create Engaging YouTube Content: Develop, produce, and edit captivating video content tailored to our target audience.
• YouTube SEO & Analytics: Optimize video content for discoverability and engagement, utilizing YouTube's SEO strategies and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth.
• Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand goals and audience engagement objectives, ensuring consistent channel growth and community interaction.
• Video Editing: Use industry-leading video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro to produce high-quality, polished content.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content is aligned with overall brand messaging and strategies.
• Content Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance through analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach, engagement, and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating and managing YouTube content, with a strong portfolio of videos that demonstrate engagement and growth.
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong creative mindset with an ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and subscriber growth.
• A passion for digital content creation and a keen interest in staying updated with YouTube trends and algorithm changes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bonus: Existing YouTube channel with proven engagement and content creation experience (optional but desirable).
