Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Instrumentation Professional) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quality inspections, data analysis, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems for instrumentation products and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Perform inspections, tests, and evaluations of instrumentation components, subassemblies, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications, performance standards, and customer requirements.
Address quality issues using root cause analysis techniques.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality components and materials.
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, test results, inspection findings, and corrective actions. Prepare quality reports, documentation, and metrics for management review.
