Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
- Send quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
- Stay informed about Repower Recycling’s services, ensuring all information shared with clients is accurate.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in a similar industry).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
