Cleaning Guest Rooms: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
Public Area Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities to ensure they are tidy and presentable.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of cleaning supplies and notifying supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
Reporting Maintenance Issues: Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair needs within guest rooms or public areas.
Guest Requests: Responding to guest requests for additional amenities, such as towels, toiletries, or extra bedding, promptly and courteously.
Health and Safety Compliance: Following established health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Adhering to Standards: Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the hotel's quality standards and specifications.
Team Collaboration: Working with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
