Job Description:

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs.

Identify training needs and assess organizational skills gaps.

Create and manage training budgets, schedules, and logistics.

Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts.

Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.

Manage training staff, including instructors and coordinators.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.

Conduct needs assessments and training gap analyses.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.

3 years of experience in training management or instructional design.

Certification in training management.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Familiarity with training software, LMS, and authoring tools.
