Job Title: Head of Marketing – UAE

Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing brand management, and spearheading digital transformation, particularly within the consumer goods or technology industries. The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical expertise to leverage market trends and customer insights to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and market share.
• Manage brand development, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Oversee digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Conduct market research and refine marketing strategies based on consumer insights.
• Lead advertising campaigns, influencer partnerships, and promotions.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand brand reach.
• Align marketing efforts with sales teams to drive business growth.
• Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and key performance metrics.
• Manage PR efforts to strengthen brand reputation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in consumer goods, technology, or retail industries.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/GCC market and digital trends.
• Strategic, analytical, and tech-savvy with experience in e-commerce and omnichannel marketing.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
