Property Manager

We have an open position with a renowned Retail (Supermarket/Hypermarket) chain in UAE for Property Manager role in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spotting / Searching for new leasing retail units in the best locations to open new stores in UAE.
2. Building and maintaining effective strategic relationships with property developers, landlords, and agents.
3. Creating a geographic trade map to highlight potential zones and source potential sites.
4. Negotiating commercial terms with landlords' representatives or agents and actively participating in the process of legal due diligence and drafting of commercial lease terms.
5. Seeking prospective retail sites currently acquired by other retail businesses in potential locations and participating in the acquisition process.
6. Conducting demographic research to assess market size and volume, determine ethnicity, and analyze buying behavior and average spending patterns.
