We are looking for a Junior Animator to work at Socialize in Dubai (in partnership with We Are Social).

The Opportunity

Are you a natural storyteller with a passion for creating scroll-stopping social content? Socialize is looking for a Content Creator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on ideating, shooting, and editing trend-driven social content—especially for platforms like TikTok and Instagram—this role is for you!

You'll work across industries like lifestyle, fashion, food, and retail, crafting both planned and reactive content that aligns with brand strategies. Working closely with our Strategy and Creative teams, you’ll develop content playbooks, pitch engaging ideas, and bring them to life—all while staying on top of the latest social media trends and platform updates.

What You’ll Do

1. Create & execute engaging social content—from ideation to scripting, shooting, and editing.
2. Confidently present content concepts to both clients and internal teams.
3. Stay ahead of social trends, adapting viral ideas to fit brand messaging.
4. Work collaboratively with Strategy & Account teams to align content with campaign objectives.
5. Leverage data and insights to inform content decisions and optimize performance.
6. Own the content production process, ensuring high-quality output that drives engagement.
7. Confidently appear on camera when needed to bring concepts to life.

Requirements

What Else Are We Looking For?

1. Proven experience creating high-performing TikTok content—either for personal growth or a business.
2. Strong understanding of TikTok metrics, social trends, and audience engagement strategies.
3. Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other mobile-first content editing tools.
4. Ability to shoot and edit social content independently, with a strong sense of storytelling and aesthetics.
5. A bold, creative thinker who isn't afraid to take risks and experiment with new ideas.
6. A charismatic, confident communicator who can pitch ideas and present content effortlessly.
7. Bonus: Arabic language skills for bilingual content creation.
