Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Reports To: HR Head
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
- Implement and maintain attendance tracking systems.
- Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies.
- Payroll Processing:
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Leave Management:
- Process leave requests and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with leave policies and local labor laws.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding leave entitlements.
- Employee Support:
- Manage Employee VISA applications, work permits, and renewals.
- Handle flight bookings and accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.
- General HR Support:
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, particularly in attendance and leave management.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and immigration processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling international employee relocation.
- Knowledge of visa processing and work permit regulations in Dubai.
