Facility Engineer

The Role

Job Description:

1. Review technical drawings for safety aspects in various facilities, including drainage systems, ensuring adherence to regulations, standards, and relevant local and international guidelines.
2. Address customer and consultant queries, coordinate with Trakhees divisions and the Section Manager for project approvals and clarifications.
3. Participate in updating safety-related standards, rules, and guidelines, resolve minor issues, and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs and objectives.
4. Follow section procedures, company policies, and information security protocols to ensure compliance and safeguard organizational assets.

Requirements

Position Title: Engineer - Facility Permit

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 21K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A government organization in Dubai.

Qualifications:

1. Open to Arabic Nationalities
2. Male, 40 years old and below
3. At least 6 years of experience (2 years in UAE) in the design and review of engineering calculations/drawings from a reputed firm/regulatory authority.
4. Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Chemical/Electrical)
5. Proficient in construction regulations, best practices, and international standards
6. Knowledge of standard certifications like OHSAS 18001, ISO14001, ISO9001
