The HR Intern will support the Corporate Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks related to learning and development, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
Responsibilities
Develop e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and other training tools
Manage training registrations, attendance tracking, and logistics for training sessions
Maintain and update training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and PowerBI Training dashboards
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
Provide administrative support for various HR projects
Requirements
Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an interest in HRIS and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360)
Proficient in numerical data
A highly creative and self-disciplined individual
Confident to drive and self-manage ideas and projects assigned
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
