Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose
• Support onshore routine maintenance activities by ensuring required materials and spare parts are available on time.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Prepare and develop periodic reports for critical and urgent materials identified by end user and facilitate meetings for tracking, follow-up and information sharing for all stakeholders.
2. Resolve requests arising as part of procurement processes in liaison with Procurement, Engineering teams and end users.
3. Support in the procurement of required emergency materials identified by end user for onshore routine maintenance activities.
4. Support in new purchase/replenishment of Capital, Insurance and repairable materials required for onshore routine maintenance activities as per the approved procedures.
