Job description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ensuring a continuous and diverse pipeline of Emirati candidates. A commitment to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas for recruitment and Emirati talent development is essential.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible Emirati candidates for future open positions.
  2. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback, resume reviews, and alignment with Emiratization goals.
  3. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
  4. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
  5. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Effective communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  5. High-energy and passion.
  6. Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
  7. Arabic Speaker.
