We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Admin to join the team. As an Emirati company, our client is committed to promoting Emiratisation and providing opportunities for UAE Nationals to develop their skills and contribute to our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the team.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes for UAE National employees.
Maintain accurate records and databases for employee information and company documents.
Provide support for events and meetings including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and implementation of office processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Handle any other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
UAE National with a valid Emirates ID.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
