Unit Head (Team lead)

Job Description:

To manage a team of Wealth Managers to meet the defined targets through offering wealth products to HNI clients, while driving business development and client management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To hire, mentor and retain a high performing team of Wealth Managers.
• To manage a direct portfolio of clients and provide a full range of wealth management products, while building long term relationships with the clients.
• To help develop investment strategies for clients to help them achieve their financial goals, while offering advice and information on various investment solutions.
• Generate growth in AUM and revenue that will ensure delivery of the financial plan and achievement of business objectives through effective client acquisition and client portfolio management.
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the internal policies, business processes and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Prior experience in team management and in advising on wealth management products.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
• University Graduate.
