Job Description: Office Assistant

Position: Office Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 74000 Per Month
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Qualification: Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  2. Manage and organize files, documents, and office supplies efficiently.
  3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  4. Support staff with data entry, preparation of reports, and presentations.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring supplies are stocked.
  6. Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  7. Provide support for scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  8. Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Basic computer knowledge including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
