Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and office supplies efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Support staff with data entry, preparation of reports, and presentations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide support for scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
Essential Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
