Roles and responsibilities
  • Articulate and drive the strategy and results around our efforts to engage customers and drive business growth using various online marketing channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Define OKRs (objectives and key results) for channel experiences and campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable university
  • In-depth practical knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic media buying channels
  • Deep understanding of web analytics
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role is preferred
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills
  • Strong command in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data and insights into a robust marketing strategy
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges

  1. Data-Driven Mindset
    • Ability to analyze large sets of data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns for better performance.
    • Strong proficiency in using analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads to track performance.
  2. Paid Media Expertise
    • Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels such as PPC (Pay-per-click), Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Display Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing.
    • Optimizing ad campaigns for specific goals like lead generation, sales, or website traffic.
  3. Campaign Management
    • Overseeing the execution of campaigns across various platforms.
    • Planning, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ads based on performance metrics like CTR (Click-through Rate), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  4. SEO and SEM Knowledge
    • A solid understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure campaigns are effective in driving organic and paid search results.
    • Expertise in keyword research, ad copy optimization, and landing page optimization.
  5. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Improving website and landing page elements to increase conversion rates, using A/B testing and other techniques to refine customer funnels.
  6. Budget Management
    • Managing advertising budgets effectively, ensuring that funds are allocated to the highest-performing campaigns.
    • Monitoring spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
  7. Market Research and Audience Segmentation
    • Identifying target audiences and customizing campaigns for specific customer segments to increase relevance and engagement.
    • Conducting competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
