Requirements
Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable university
In-depth practical knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic media buying channels
Deep understanding of web analytics
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role is preferred
Strong technical and data analysis skills
Strong command in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data and insights into a robust marketing strategy
Excellent written and communication skills
Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges

Optimizing ad campaigns for specific goals like lead generation, sales, or website traffic.
Campaign Management
Overseeing the execution of campaigns across various platforms.
Planning, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ads based on performance metrics like CTR (Click-through Rate), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
SEO and SEM Knowledge
A solid understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure campaigns are effective in driving organic and paid search results.
Expertise in keyword research, ad copy optimization, and landing page optimization.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Improving website and landing page elements to increase conversion rates, using A/B testing and other techniques to refine customer funnels.
Budget Management
Managing advertising budgets effectively, ensuring that funds are allocated to the highest-performing campaigns.
Monitoring spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
Market Research and Audience Segmentation
