Staff Accountant Role in Sheboygan Area

We are partnering with a regional manufacturing company that has been a staple employer in the Sheboygan area for decades. They are looking for a new Staff Accountant to join the team due to company growth. This position will offer a ton of variety and get to be part of a fantastic group of people!

Job Duties:

• Partner with Accounting Manager and Controller on month/year end close procedures
• Reviewing monthly general ledger accounts
• Provides support to accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Assist in year end reporting and account requirements
• Provide audit support
• Fixed asset depreciation
• Analyze and reconcile the general ledger accounts related to inventory
• Provide support for other accounting functions when needed

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learning skills
• Organization and attention to detail
