Physiotherapist

The Physiotherapist will report to the Medical Director & Clinic Director.

Job Overview:

An Ideal Aesthetic Physician will specialize in providing specialized rehabilitation services to patients with physical injuries, sports injuries, disabilities, or musculoskeletal conditions as per the best industry practices. The success will involve excellent verbal communication, relationship building, and professional skills in addition to providing consultations, developing tailor-made treatment plans, and delivering satisfactory results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assessments & Evaluation: Understanding the patient physical health condition and developing a comprehensive treatment approach.
• Treatments & Interventions: By creating a personalized treatment plan on assessment, implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical function and relieve pain. Utilize various pain management techniques, such as therapeutic ultrasound or electrotherapy, to alleviate pain and discomfort. Perform cupping therapy, dry & wet needling, therapeutic massage, stretching, lymphatic drainage, and compressions.
• Equipment and Facility Management: Hands-on experience in operating world-class machines and equipment for various conditions and ability to set up and manage the department, report malfunctions, and monitor maintenance.
• Developing Trends in the Medical Practice: Continuous education and staying informed and trained on new techniques, trends, and advancements in physical medicine. Attend conferences and workshops to enhance skills and develop new treatments and set trends.
• Developing Treatment Plans and Protocols: Based on the customer's physical condition, design personalized treatment plans and protocols that fulfill customer and organization goals.
• Branding and Marketing Activities: Extend support in creating content and branding the organization to reach the target audience in the form of blogs, photos/videos, and interviews.

Qualifications:

• Valid DHA License as Physiotherapist
• Minimum 2 years of U.A.E experience in a similar setup
• Skills: Time and appointment management, business acumen, attention to detail, aesthetic eye, problem solving, outstanding negotiation skills, medical knowledge, manual precision.
• Expertise and ability to perform all kinds of physiotherapy & rehabilitation treatments, dry and wet needling, cupping therapy, therapeutic massage.
• Presentable and ethical
• Language: English & Arabic. Additional languages Russian, French & Spanish will be preferred.
