Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Maintain clear and open communication to manage expectations and address concerns promptly.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all fit-out work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to the agreed design and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any deviations.
Budget and Cost Control
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive planning and monitoring.
Health and Safety Compliance
Ensure that all fit-out activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular audits.
Problem-Solving and Risk Management
Anticipate and address potential challenges or delays in project execution.
Develop contingency plans to minimize risks and maintain project continuity.
Procurement and Vendor Management
Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for fit-out projects.
Evaluate and manage vendor and contractor performance to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare regular progress reports, including updates on timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
Maintain accurate project documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.
Continuous Improvement
Evaluate completed projects to identify areas for improvement in processes and strategies.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction in future projects.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, RICS certified Chartered Surveyor.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in fit-out management for commercial properties, including high-end office and retail spaces.
