This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, social media marketing, web analytics, project management, and overall digital marketing activities to enhance the company's online presence and drive targeted engagement.
Qualifications
Create and manage digital marketing calendars and schedules.
Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and track campaign performance metrics.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams for engaging materials and strategies.
Conduct market research on consumer behaviors, trends, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives across appropriate channels (social media, email, etc.).
Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
Contribute to budget management, ROI analysis, and advertising placement.
Assist in analyzing marketing data to inform future strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
