Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Middle East team, based in Dubai. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and forging strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in growing our presence across diverse industries by connecting organizations with our comprehensive training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities across the Middle East region.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders and training managers, to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Represent The Knowledge Academy at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of training programs for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking client interactions, pipeline activity, and progress towards sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic is a must.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the training or professional development sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Middle East market, including cultural and business nuances.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools; experience with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
