Analyst - Clinical Apps (ClinDoc)

We are seeking an experienced Analyst Inpatient with at least 7 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be certified in the healthcare solutions listed below and have experience in operating large-scale, complex healthcare IT applications. The candidate should have a basic understanding of the listed technologies and deep technical knowledge in all the mandatory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, support, and optimize inpatient clinical applications.
• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure effective use of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Epic ClinDoc (Mandatory)
• Epic Orders (Mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in clinical application support.
• Certifications in the relevant Epic applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
