Assist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and services, guest satisfaction, merchandising, and marketing.
Handle all incoming and outgoing food and beverage correspondence, including guest feedback, promptly and accurately.
Administer all mail going in and out of the F&B Admin office.
Assist in the F&B planning process, communication, and potential documentation/records management.
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by overseeing coordination, administration, communication functions, and duties of the department.
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
Supervise small events as required.
Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
Develop formal training plans and conduct on-the-job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees.
Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage Departmental meetings.
Inform the Food & Beverage Department daily of all relevant information on operational matters.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with a maximum of one year of experience in a similar role. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English/French, and familiarity with Micros would be desirable. Previous experience in minor leadership and supervisory roles is a definite plus.
