Job Title: Root Cause Engineer

Job Description

We are on the hunt for a diligent Root Cause Engineer to join our Customer Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and resolve issues that impact our product's quality and performance. You will be working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to investigate complex problems, develop corrective actions, and implement preventative measures. Your proficiency in problem-solving and data analysis will be key in driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis, quality engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of RCA tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is preferred.
• Must meet the requirements to possess a valid travel passport.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Garner, North Carolina.

Work Environment
This role will be primarily onsite with travel required up to 20% of the time to investigate issues occurring in the field.
