Job description

We are seeking a passionate and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the product planning and execution for AUX Air Conditioners in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of the Middle East market, with expertise in air conditioning (AC) products. They should be familiar with market trends, competitive landscapes, consumer demand shifts, and distribution channel dynamics, and possess the ability to develop actionable plans for profitable growth.

This role also requires exceptional relationship management skills, multi-level communication abilities, and a high level of organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market value assessment of AC products through benchmarking.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer demands across the Middle East region.
  • Propose product lineups based on logical market analysis.
  • Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute product and marketing initiatives (e.g., price comparison, product specification planning, USP creation, supporting HQ-initiated consumer research, terminal display execution, product rollout, market entry strategies, value chain pricing, etc.).
  • Work closely with design, content, product, and sales teams to ensure all projects align with guidelines and are delivered on time.
  • Assist sales management in creating sales plans and channel penetration strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with distributors teams to drive all marketing and channel initiatives.
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to distributors and develop sales tools to support the sales process.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability across all channels.
  • Track sell-out data across various channels and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a sales and marketing/product manager/channel manager in the air conditioning (AC) or home appliances industry, with a strong understanding of the Middle East market.
  • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or Mandarin knowledge is a plus).
  • Proficient in relevant software, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Digital marketing skills are an advantage.
