Responsibilities:
To assist Relationship Managers in addressing customer queries on the Bank's products and seeking solutions to their requests.
To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager & GRM.
Ensuring that all related documentation is processed in accordance with the policies established and implemented by the Bank.
Perform administrative activities related to customer management while working in a team.
Proactively liaise with customers in the management and resolution of problems and requests.
Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.
Ensure the proper management of customers, guaranteeing internal compliance with the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.
Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trends and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.
