Merchandiser

Saint Vincent Group is looking for an ambitious Merchandiser who is a team player, passionate about their work, loves challenges, and thrives in meeting targets. A person with clear career goals will go far with our company. You will report directly to the Field Team Leader (Modern Trade) based in Dubai. Your key responsibilities will include day-to-day stock monitoring, ensuring products are well displayed, maintaining positive relationships with customers, promoting our brands, influencing the purchasing process, scheduling and managing deliveries, collecting payments, and reporting.

Minimum criteria:

1. At least 2 years of experience working in Lulu supermarkets/hypermarkets in the UAE,
2. preferably in the FMCG sector.
3. Efficient, multi-tasking, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
5. Strong communication and people skills.
6. A keen eye for new opportunities (e.g., new spaces/listings).
7. Basic knowledge of different types of pets and their needs.
8. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
9. Independent, organized, and self-motivated.
10. Ability to work well under pressure.
11. Must have a valid UAE Manual Driving License.
