Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements as and when needed.
Ensure necessary infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
Identifying new territories with a detailed action plan to achieve the required objective.
Monitor market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
Build and manage the sales teams, operations, and other support resources to deliver profitable growth.
Monitor progress against targeted strategic and operational goals and oversee the development and implementation of need-based corrective actions.
Identify strategic business partners for sales and negotiate need-based contracts (commercial negotiation) with such potential partners' top-level executives.
Review existing sales team performance and guide them for effective approach and better growth.
Provides leadership to the sales organization's management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior.
Serve as a key ambassador and spokesman for TDG Group in further establishing and building the brand.
Role will require extensive travel as per the requirement to attend, exhibit in Tradeshows, and also, to review the performance of our team at different locations globally.
Desired Profile
Ability to excel at providing tactical and strategic leadership for a senior-level sales team.
Sales management skills including but not limited to hiring, forecasting, preparing budgets, employee assessments, coaching, team succession planning, and training.
Possess abilities to develop and execute strategies to attract, grow, and maintain global customer relationships.
Experience in preparing effective sales proposals, reviewing contracts, and verifying customer references.
Possess excellent communication skills and follow-up across all mediums.
Candidates from Travel, Telecom, or FMCG sector will be preferred.
