Store Manager (Women's clothing, Relocation to Saudi Arabia)

Key Accountabilities of the role:
Ensuring the implementation of the sales plan and improving the quality of service.
Work in the sales area, interacting with customers on questions related to returns and defective goods.
Providing a high level of customer service, including answering customer questions, helping with product selection, and resolving conflicts.
Opening and closing of a work shift.
Personnel management: distributing functional responsibilities, managing the daily roster, and conducting meetings and training sessions.
Taking the responsibilities of the store manager in their absence, interacting with the administration of the Mall and the company's headquarters.
Implementing operating procedures at the store and ensuring adherence to brand and company policies by all staff at all times.
Requirements:
At least six months of experience in a similar position (Senior Sales Assistant, Store Manager) in retail;
Leadership skills, goal orientation, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others;
Knowledge of MS Excel and POS Systems;
Knowledge of the fashion market;
Understanding of basic business processes in retail network management;
Skills in personnel management, including recruitment, training, motivation, goal setting, and control;
Knowledge of sales technologies and merchandising standards;
Proficiency in English at least B2 level.
