Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Arrowhead Consulting. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple federal government contracts, ensuring successful project delivery within specified parameters. This position will report directly to the Company Owners and will be located in a hybrid setting in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage 10-20 federal government contracts concurrently, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors, to drive project success and mitigate risks.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
5. Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for senior federal management, providing updates on project performance, risks, and milestones.
6. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations.
7. Ensure compliance with federal government regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study required.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with 8-10 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably within the federal government sector.
3. Demonstrated expertise in contract management, including experience with contract negotiation, administration, and compliance.
4. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
