We are searching for an incredible In House Marketing / Client Care Coordinator who is
passionate about Customer Service Experiences, Attention to Detail, Training and Supporting
various Team Members such as Buyer and Listing Specialists and Office Administrative Staff who

Role Responsibilities:
- Committed to a Positive, Caring Environment Focused on Service Excellence for our Clients and our Team Members.
- Develop Creative Promotional Initiatives to attract more leads and sales, share ideas and offer feedback when needed.
- Develop New and Exciting Ways to Market our Team, to our ideal clients, through various media and to keep us on the leading edge in all of our Marketing efforts.
- Promote an Environment where Continuous Improvement and Professional Development is Valued and Encouraged.
- Work with the Team Leader on a Budget that will include Marketing, Client Touchpoints, Appreciation Gifts and Events, Team Meetings and Team Building Activities, as well as Community Events and Involvement, etc.
- Work with the Team Leader on the development and implementation of a scalable and consistent Sales Process that is Customer Service Centric at its core.
- Work with the Team Leader to design and implement systems and training for sales and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client service role with sales experience & strong marketing background with a track record of working collaboratively in a positive team environment, great attention to detail and a focus on a high level of client service.
- The ideal candidate will have a real estate background and a real estate license would be a great asset but not a necessity.
- Strong Marketing Experience / Background an asset / Administrative Experience would also be an asset.
- Strong understanding of technology with the ability to learn and master new software quickly.
- Strong communicator who excels at visual, verbal and written communication.
- Positive and self-aware individual who takes responsibility for their own actions and who enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
- Ability to set targets, outline performance plans, and create effective best practices.

- Relevant experience in customer service, administration or applicable transferable skills.
- Extensive technical knowledge in Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
- Excellent time management, organization, task prioritization and problem-solving skills.
