1.Maintenance (preventive & corrective):
Checking of chillers, AHU’s, chilled water pumps etc., Monitoring of BMS system, Checking the raw and treated water levels, Daily checking and keeping the record of RO plant, Servicing of chillers, AHUs, FCUs as per the schedule, Attend the complaints of HVAC systems, Checking and attending the problem of cooling system. Replacing of cartridge filters of the water line in the building, Checking and follow-up the temperature of heat exchangers for the machines. Handling repair damage and dysfunctional air-condition. Fix and check backage type & split type unit. Change parts. Conduct daily routine inspection.
2. Parts Management and Record Keeping Management
Maintain service records, log-books, manuals, tools and report related to the emergency spare parts etc.
3. Teamwork / Coordination & Communication
Supportive to the whole team working with, helping the team members in all activities including all type of works related to workplace. Strong observation skills, highly focused while measurements, communicates well with the supervisor. Ability to learn new things.
4. HSE Compliance & Punctuality:
Strict adherence to follow the safe work practice and reports to the supervisor in case if any team member breaks this compliance and follow all pandemic rules & regulations.
