The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making within the organization. This role involves working with financial data, generating reports, and communicating financial results to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual and quarterly financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
External Reporting, Variance Analysis, and Audit support.
Minimum Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software (e.g., Workiva, Active Disclosures).
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
