Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator contributes to the growth of FSL and its brands. This role involves supporting a wide range of marketing activities, including branding, event planning, and campaign implementation, requiring strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide FSL and its brands with marketing support (graphic designs, presentations, market research, etc.).
  2. Coordinate and manage exhibitions, customer innovation days, and events.
  3. Coordinate with third-party vendors for marketing initiatives.
  4. Track email marketing campaigns.
  5. Improve the look and content of FSL presentations.
  6. Conduct market research (online and retail).
  7. Facilitate customer surveys.
  8. Manage marketing databases and inventories.
  9. Track ROI for marketing activities.
  10. Prepare marketing reports.
  11. Oversee social media channels for FSL brands, creating and managing content calendars, planning engaging content grids, and producing/designing photos and short-form videos when needed.
  12. Manage online accounts and digital assets.
  13. Assist the marketing team with website and blog management tasks and online customer queries.

Person Specifications:

  1. 3-5 years in marketing, preferably in food & beverage services, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
  2. Experience in event planning and coordination with third-party vendors.
  3. Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  4. Experience managing social media accounts and content creation.
  5. Proficiency in Canva and other designing tools along with experience in shooting photos and videos and using short-form video editing tools.
  6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  7. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report marketing metrics.
  8. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  9. Background in marketing, digital communication, and event management within the food & beverage services, FMCG, and food & beverage manufacturing industries.
  10. A valid UAE driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
