Phlebotomist Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be expected to draw blood from patients for clinical or medical testing, transfusions, donations, and research purposes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist. The job requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with patients. A professional attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect blood samples from patients using appropriate equipment
2. Label and store the specimens properly according to protocol
3. Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
4. Ensure all safety protocols are observed during collection process
5. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
6. Record patient information accurately and appropriately
7. Monitor quality control of collected specimens and maintain records of quality control activities
8. Monitor inventory of supplies needed for collection process
9. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding patient safety and specimen collection

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a phlebotomist in a medical setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to interact effectively with patients
3. Knowledgeable in safety protocols related to specimen collection
4. Ability to maintain a professional attitude

Salary: 1300/month (we are ready to consider an immigrant)
