Associate / Senior Associate, Technology & Software Private Equity Buyouts, Abu Dhabi, UAE

About our client
We are representing an exceptional opportunity with a government-backed private equity fund based in Abu Dhabi. Our client specialises in buyouts within the technology sector. The fund has a global investment scope and is seeking to expand its team with an Associate or Senior Associate. This role will require full relocation to Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

• Participate in critical elements of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of investment materials.
• Present and discuss investment opportunities with senior team members.
• Develop and articulate comprehensive investment theses and memos.
• Manage and optimise existing investment portfolios globally.

Who we are looking for

• You will hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
• Experience in a top-tier bank in technology M&A or buy-side experience in technology is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling are required, along with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
• Ability and willingness to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse team.
