A Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.
In the Levant, the baker is the heart of the community, bringing people together to enjoy meals filled with rich and historic flavour. Here at Majdolin, the bakers do this by hand-selecting fresh, authentic bakery toppings with a modern twist that range from savoury to sweet – from baked eggs and cheese, confit lamb mince, sumac and mint, zaatar to sweet carob, tahini and caramelised almonds.
