We are seeking a PMO & VRO Analyst to support projects by ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and driving measurable value realization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, financial analysis, and value tracking, who is ready to collaborate across teams and deliver business impact through optimized project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain PMO standards and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business strategy and organizational goals.
Measure, report, and monitor the realized benefits, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and ROI.
Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to track project performance.
Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption and maximum value delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in project management, PMO operations, or value realization.
PMP certification required; PgMP or ITIL certifications are a bonus.
Strong expertise in MS Project, Excel, and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
Solid understanding of cost-benefit analysis, financial impact assessments, and value tracking.
