Project Management Officer

We are seeking a PMO & VRO Analyst to support projects by ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and driving measurable value realization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, financial analysis, and value tracking, who is ready to collaborate across teams and deliver business impact through optimized project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain PMO standards and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business strategy and organizational goals.
• Measure, report, and monitor the realized benefits, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and ROI.
• Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to track project performance.
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption and maximum value delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in project management, PMO operations, or value realization.
• PMP certification required; PgMP or ITIL certifications are a bonus.
• Strong expertise in MS Project, Excel, and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
• Solid understanding of cost-benefit analysis, financial impact assessments, and value tracking.
