Key Tasks

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  3. Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR systems, and handle various administrative tasks related to human resources.
  5. Payroll Management: Preparing & processing payroll.

Key Requirements

The Successful Applicant will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
