Key Tasks
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR systems, and handle various administrative tasks related to human resources.
