Logistic coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate must be able to multitask, work under pressure, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the transportation and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and carriers
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing the transportation of goods
• Monitor and analyze transportation costs to identify areas for cost savings
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
• Prepare and present reports to management on logistics performance and improvement opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in logistics or transportation management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of local and international transportation regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
